Air Navigation (Amendment) Act 1981

An Act TO AMEND THE AIR Navication Act.

BE it enacted by the Parliament of the Democratic Socialist

Republic of Sri Lanka as follows :—

This Act may be cited as the Air Navigation

(Amendment) Act, No. 22 of 19M.

Amendment of section 3 of Chapter 365, :

Section 3 of the Air Navigation Act is hereby amended in subsection (2) of that section by the insertion, imme-diately after paragraph (p) of that subsection, of the following new paragraph :—

“ (pp) the regulation of the charges that may be made from over-flying aircraft for the use of air navigation services or facilities provided by any Governmental Authority or Airport in Sri

Lanka ;”.
