නිල පරිවර්තනයවෙනස් නොකළ පාඨය, Department of Government Printing වෙතින්
Anti-dumping duties may be imposed on products imported into Sri Lanka, where the Director-General determines pursuant to an investigation initiated and conducted in accordance with the provisions of this Part of this Act, that —
(a)
the investigated product is being dumped;
(b)
there is injury being caused to the Sri Lankan industry; and
(c)
there exists a causal link between the dumping and the injury caused.
