8. Debts due by and payable to the Corporation

All debts and liabilities of the Trust existing on the day immediately preceding the date of the Commencement of this Act shall be deemed to be debts and liabilities of the

Corporation and shall be paid by the Corporation hereby constituted and all debts due to and contributions payable to the Trust on that day shall be deemed to be debts due to and contributions payable to the Corporation and shall be paid to the Corporation for the purposes of this Act.
