19. Holding of the Convoca-tion of the University
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
The University shal! hold once in every year on such date as may be approved by the Chancellor, a Convo-cation for the purpose of conferring degrees:
Provided that the holding of the Convocation during the first three years from the appointed date shall be at the discretion of the Chancellor :
Provided further that the University may hold a Special
Convocation at such other time as the Chancellor may determine.
The procedure of a Convocation shall be prescribed by regulation, (3) The Chancellor shall when present, preside at a
Convocation. In his absence the Vice-Chancellor shall preside at the Convocation.
