4. Management of the affairs of the Corporation
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
(1)
The affairs of the Corporation shall subject to the other provisions of this Act and the rules-of the Corporation, made under section 7, be administered by a Board of
Management (hereinafter referred to as the “Board”)
consisting of the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Chief Secretary,
Assistant Sécretaries, the Treasurer and five other members elected in accordance with such rules of the Corporation.
(2)
The first Board of the Corporation shall consist of the members of the Board of the Centre, holding office on the day preceding the date of commencement of this Act.
