9f the Public
Trustee and the Registrar-General under the pringipel enactment immediately prior to the date of commencement of this Act shall be deemed to be the rights, Mabilities and cbligations of the Commissioner of Buddhist Affairs.
Any act or proceeding commenced under the princi-pal enactment by the Public Trustee or the Registrar-General and not completed before the commencement of this Act may be continued and completed by the Canynis-sioner of Buddhist Affairs.
