Chapter XI · General

115. Prohibition against transfer of licence & c

නිල ඉංග්‍රීසි පරිවර්තනය. සිංහල පාඨය බලපවත්වයි. නිල Sinhala පාඨය විවෘත කරන්න, documents.gov.lk හි නිල PDF

(1)

A licence, certificate, permit, authorization or approval granted or issued under this Act to any person, shall not be:—

(a)

transferable to any other person ; or

(b)

used for the benefit of any other person.

(2)

Any transfer or use of a licence, certificate, permit, authorization or approval done in contravention of the provision of subsection (1), shall be null and void.
