57. Declaration of Secrecy

(1)

Every member of the Board shall before entering upon his duties, sign a declaration pledging himself or herself to observe strict secrecy in respect all information disclosed at the investigation and shall by such declaration, pledge himself or herself, not to divulge any such information except:—

(a)

when required to do so by a court of law;

(b)

in the performance of his or her duties as a member of the Board; or

(c)

in order to comply with any provision of this Act or any regulation or rule made thereunder.

(2)

All investigations to be carried out by the Board, shall be conducted in camera.
