Section 9
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
The Fund of the Centre.
The Centre shall have its own Fund.
There shall be paid to the Fund of the Centre —
all such sums of money as may be voted by
Parliament, from time to time, for the use of the
Centre
;
all such sums of money as may be received by the
Centre in the exercise, performance and discharge, of its powers, functions and duties, under this Act;
all such sums of moncy as may be reccived by the
Centre, as loans, donations, gifts or grants, from local or foreign sources.
There shall be paid out of the Fund of the Centre, all such sums of money as may be required to defray any expenditure incurred by the Board in the exercise, performance and discharge, of the powers, duties and functions of the
Centre.
