156F. Staff of the Commission

31 Oct 2022 දක්වා සංශෝධන සහිත නිල නොවන පිටපතකි. ඉන් පසු සංශෝධන ඇතුළත් නැත. එය මත විශ්වාසය තැබීමට පෙර නිල පාඨය පරීක්ෂා කරන්න.

(1)

The Commission shall appoint a

Secretary-General and such other officers as it may consider necessary for the proper discharge of its functions, on such terms and conditions as may be determined by the

Commission.

(2)

All members and officers of the Commission shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning, and for the purpose of, Chapter IX of the Penal Code

(Chapter 19).

(3)

No suit, prosecution or other proceeding shall lie against any member or officer of the Commission for any act or thing which in good faith is done or purported to be done by him in the performance of his duties or the discharge of his functions, under the Constitution.
