9. Saving of the rights of the Republic and others
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
Anything in this Act contained shall not prejudice or affect the rights of the Republic or of any body politic or corporate or of any other persons except such as are men-tioned in this Act and those claiming by, from or under them.
