11. Amendment of Form C of the First Schedule to the principal enactment

නිල ඉංග්‍රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.

The First Schedule to the principal enactment is hereby amended in Form C of that Schedule, by the addition under the Column with the heading “Reason for not delivering ballot paper” in that Form, of a new Column headed “No valid identity document or identity not established”.
