2. Insertion of section 35a in Chapter 14

The following section is hereby inserted immediately after section 35, and shall have effect as section 35a of the
Evidence Ordinance (hereinafter referred to as “the principal enactment’) :—
“Statements 35a. A statement of a fact contained in a contained iN pacord, compiled—
