17. of section 14 of the principal enactment
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
- ‘Section 14 of the” principal enactment is hereby 4x amended as follows :—
‘Q) in subsection (1) uc war seccron—
{a) by the substitution for the words “ shall engage in”; of the words “shall, unless registered for thé purpose of this Act with the Director-General engage in”;

by the repeal of paragraph (c) and the sub-stitution of. the following paragraph there-fer ~
the importation of any such excisable articles”
; and
@) by the repeal ‘of paragraph (b) of subsection (2) of thot section and :the substitution of the following paragraph therefor :—

“ (b) The Director-General shall issue to every person registered under this Act a certificate of
.. registration in the prescribed form and assigning 8
registration number to every such person. ”.
