32. Amendment of section 35 of the principal enactment

නිල ඉංග්‍රීසි පරිවර්තනය. සිංහල පාඨය බලපවත්වයි. නිල Sinhala පාඨය විවෘත කරන්න, documents.gov.lk හි නිල PDF

Section 35 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the repeal of subsection (2) of that section and the substitution therefor of the following subsection:—

“(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), the expression, “Competent Authority” means—

(a)

the Director of National Museums;

(b)

the Director of National Zoological Gardens;

and

(c)

an officer of the Department of Wildlife

Conservation who has a period of service of not less than ten years in that Department.”.
