18. Avoidance of doubts
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
For the avoidance of doubt it is hereby declared that the provisions of this Part shall not derogate from the powers of any Provincial Council to levy to recover any stamp duty on any instrument or document referred to in List I of the
Ninth Schedule to the Constitution.
