8. Amendment of section 17 of the principal enactment

Section 17 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (2), by the repeal of paragraph (a)

thereof, and the substitution therefor of the following paragraph:-

“(a)

shall carry out such activities either in a Free

Port or a Bonded Area declared by regulations under this Act ;” .
