3. Retrospective operation

නිල ඉංග්‍රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.

The amendment made to by this Act to paragraph (b) (i) of subsection (1) of section 2 of the principal enactment, shall for all purposes be deemed to have come into force on

March 31, 2006.
