65. Offences to be cognizable and bailable

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the

Code of Criminal Procedure Act, No.15 of 1979 every offence under this Act shall be a cognizable and bailable offence within the meaning and for the purpose of the Code.

s 66 සිට කියවන්න
