34. Power to issuc directions
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
The Director shall have the power to issue such general directions, as he may consider necessary for the purpose ensuring that registered establishments maintain efficient standards in carrying out their duties, including directions on the following matters :-—

“Director” means the head of the department of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka to which the subject of supervision of finance leasing companies under this Act, has been assigned by the Monetary Board;
