42. Compounding of offences
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.

Director
“Director” means the head of the department of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka to which the subject of supervision of finance leasing companies under this Act, has been assigned by the Monetary Board;
Monetary Board and having regard to the circumstances in which an offence under this Act was committed, compound such offence for a sum of money not exceeding one hundred thousand rupees.
Monetary Board
“Monetary Board” means the Monctary Board of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka established under the Monetary Law Act;
The compounding of any offence under this section shall have the effect of an acquittal of the accused.
