5. Certificate of Registration
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
Where the Director, on a consideration of the information contained in an application made and the documents, information and particulars furnished under section 4 and after such investigation as the Director may deem necessary, is satisfied that the applicant is fit and compctent to carry on finance icasing business, (he Director may having regard to the interests of the national economy—
Director
“Director” means the head of the department of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka to which the subject of supervision of finance leasing companies under this Act, has been assigned by the Monetary Board;
register the applicant ; and
issue a certificate of registration to the applicant.
Every person registered under subsection (1) shall be referred to as a “registered finance leasing establishment”
(hereinafter referred to as a “registered establishment”).
Every registered establishment shall exhibit the certificate of registration issued to il in a conspicuous place at the principal place of business of such establishment.
The Director shall keep and maintain in the prescribed form, a register of every registered establishment.
