8. Amendment of section 1! of the principal enactment

Section 1! of the principal enactment is hereby amended in the proviso to subsection (1) of that section by the substitution for the words and figures “section 10 or section 12” of the words and figures “section 10 or section 12 or is deemed to be a registered persun under subsection (1) of section 75”.
