59. Profits of a company from transactions with its shareholders

නිල ඉංග්‍රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.

The profits of a company from transactions with its shareholders which would be assessable if such transactions were with persons other than its shareholders, shall be profits within the meaning of this Act.
