41. Amendment of section 129 of the principal enactment

Section 129 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows: -

(1)

by the substitution for the words “returns shall apply to a person required under this Act to file a return of information related”, of the words “returns, assessments, objections and appeals shall apply to a person required under this Act to file a return of information or annual statement related”;

(2)

by the substitution for the marginal note to that section, of the following marginal note: -

“Information returns and annual statements.”.
