9. Amendment of section 16 of the principal enactment

නිල ඉංග්‍රීසි පරිවර්තනය. සිංහල පාඨය බලපවත්වයි. නිල Sinhala පාඨය විවෘත කරන්න, documents.gov.lk හි නිල PDF

Section 16 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows: -

(1)

in paragraph (b) of subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution for the words “the Second or

Act, No. 10 of 2021

Fourth Schedule to this Act.” of the words “the

Second, Fourth or Sixth Schedule to this Act.”;

(2)

in paragraph (b) of subsection (4) of that section, by the substitution for the words “the Second or

Fourth Schedule to this Act.” of the words “the

Fourth Schedule to this Act.”.
