23. of section 92 of the principal enactment,
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
Section 92. of the principal enactment. is hereby amended in subsection (5): of that section as-follows :—
by the substitution, in’ paragraph (b). of the sub-section for’ ‘the-words’“ specified fn such notice. ”, of the words “specified in such notice; ” ; and
by the addition, at the. end of that subsection, of the following paragraph :—
‘(c) to furnish within the perlod specified in such notice, such information as may be called for in that notice in relation to any trans-
‘actions between such’ ‘person and any other person or class of persons.
Where a notice has been given to any person under this subsection requiring him to furnish any information, such person shall comply with the requirements of such notice notwithstanding any-thing to the contrary in any other law prohibiting the furnishing of such information. .
For the avoidance of doubts, it is hereby declared that references in this subsection to “any. person”
include..a.reference, to a banker.’.
