33. Amendment of section 131 of the principal enactment

Section 131 of the principal enactment as last amended by Act No. 9 of 2008, is hereby further amended in the definition of the term “employer”, by the substitution for the words “ body of persons or any organization, other than any Government Institution referred to in Chapter XV :-”, of the words “body of persons or any organization -”.
