43. Amendment of section 212 of the principal enactment

Section 212 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (2) of that section as follows:-

(1)

by the substitution in paragraph (d) of that subsection, for the words “five hundred rupees.”, of the words “five hundred rupees;”; and

(2)

by the addition immediately after paragraph (d) of that subsection, of the following new paragraph:-

“(e)

the manner of computation of profits and income whenever the Financial Accounting

Standards applicable in Sri Lanka are changed.”.
