33. Amendment of section 102 of the principal enactment

Section 102 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (3) of that section, by the substitution for the words “the Commissioner-General may reduce or remit the tax”, of words “the Commissioner-General may reduce or remove the tax”.
