4. Body corporate to ensure no conflict with work of Ministry or Department of the Government, or Provincial Council, Local Authority or public corporation

The objects of the body corporate shall be carried out in such manner so as not to create any conflict between the work of the body corporate and any work being carried out simultaneously by any Ministry or Department of the

Government, or of any Provincial Council, Local Authority or public corporation.
