2. Incorporation of the Institute of Fundamental Studies, Sri Lanka,
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.

There shall be established an Institute which shall be called the Institute of Fundamental Studies, Sri Lanka
(hereinafter referred to as the “ Institute”).
(2)
The Institute shall by the name assigned to it by subsection (1) be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in such name.
