20. Seal of the Institute

The seal of the Institute shall be in the custody of the Council and shall not be affixed to any instrument whatsoever except with the authority of the Council previously obtained and in the presence of the Secretary and such other member of the Council as may be authorized in writing, who shall sign their names to the instrument in token of their presence and such signing shall be independent of the signing of any person as a witness.

The Institute shall keep and maintain a register of the instruments and documents to which the seal of the Institute has been affixed.
