3. General objects of the Corporation
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
The gencral objects for which the Corporation is constituted are hereby declared to be—
to promote friendship, brotherhood and co-operation among all communities of the world ;

to work and aspire for the achivement of national, religious and ethnic harmony and to endeavour to eliminate religious and ethnic differences in the society ;
to establish relations with the local and foreign institutions which have similar objects as those of the Corporation ;
to print, publish and sell, books, newspapers, magazines and publications, and to establish and maintain libraries and reading halls ;
to organize seminars in Sri Lanka and abroad on religion, culture, education and peace ;
to do all such other things as may be necessary or conducive to accomplishment of the objects of the
Corporation.
