3. General objects of the Corporation
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
The general objects for which the Corporation is constituted are hereby declared to be—
to disseminate spiritual knowledge—
by publishing books, pamphlets, magazines and other periodicals ;
by conducting religious discourses, conferences, seminars and retreats
;
by establishing centres or branch societies for
Yogi physical training and moral and spiri-tual Sadhanas to enable participants to achieve spiritual regeneration through Pooja.

Worship, Bhakthi, Gnana, Karma and Haths
Yoga with systematic training in Asanas,
Pranayama and other activities
;
by spreading the Sanathana Dharma teachings of Rishis, Saints, Prophets and Yogis ;
by opening and maintaining libraries and read-ing rooms
;
by practising service, love, giving, purification, meditation and realization
;
to establish, maintain or provide assistance to religious schools, hostels, boarding houses, orphanages and madams;
to promote universal brotherhood, irrespective of caste, creed, race or religion ;
to render selfless service to the Mahatmas and Bhak-dhas, the sick and poor ;
to establish and maintain homes for the aged, desti-tute persons and orphans ; and
to do all such acts as may be deemed necessary and conducive to the spiritual advancement of mankind.
General 4.. Subject to the provisions of this Act and any other
Poroeaton, written law, the Corporation shall have the power to do, perform and execute all such acts, matters, and things whatsoever, as are necessary or desirable for the promotion or furtherance of the objects of the Corporation or any one of them including the power to open, operate and close bank accounts, to borrow or raise moneys with or without secu-rity, to receive or collect grants and donations, to invest its funds, and to engage, employ and dismiss personnel required for the carrying out of the objects of the Corpo-ration.
