5. Board of Directore
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
(1)
The affairs of the Corporation shall, subject to the rules in force for the time being of the Corpora-tion, be administered by a Board of Directors consist-ing of such number of persons to be elected in accord-ance with the rules in force for the time being of tite
Corporation.
(2)
The first Board of Directors of the Corporation shal] be the Board of Directors of the Association holding office at the time of the coming into operation of this Act.
