(a)

The Chairman or a member of the Board appointed under paragraphs (e) and (g) of subsection (2) of section 3

may resign from the office of Chairman or member by letter in that behalf addressed to the Minister.

(b)

The Minister may for reasons assigned remove the

Chairman or any member of the Board from the office of

Chairman or member.
