13. of section 18 of the principal enactment

Section 78 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section, by the inser-tion, immediately after paragraph (a) of that subsection, of that following new paragraph:

“ (aa) Any per:on who signs an affidavit, for the pur-poses of subsection (44) of section 28, knowing any statement contained therein to be false; or”.
