4. Management of the affairs of the Corporation
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
The management, controt and administration of the affairs of the Corporation shall subject.to the other provisions of this Act and the rules to be made under section 5 of this Act, be administered by a Governing Council
(hereinafter referred to as “the Council’) consisting of the office bearers and such other persons elected from among the members in accordance with the rules to be made under section 5.
Notwithstanding anything contained in subsection ( 1)
the founder President of the Foundation holding office on the date of commencement of this Act, shall be the First
President of the Corporation unless he vacates office ealier.
After the demise of the first President of the Corporation the next successive Maha Nayake Thero of Malwatte Chapter
Shall become the next President of the Corporation and the same procedure shall be followed thereafter.
The first Council of the Corporation shall consist of the members of the Governing Council of the Foundation, holding office on the date of the commencement of this Act.
