9. Amendment of section 17 of the principal enactment

Section 17 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows :—

(a)

in subsection (3) of that section by the substitution for the words “two members” of the words “three members”;

(b)

in subsection (4) of that section—

(i)

by the substitution for the words “at least two members,” of the words “at least three members,”; and

(ii)

by the substitution for the words “three members” of the words “five members.”.
