31. Amendment of section 128 of the principal enactment

නිල ඉංග්‍රීසි පරිවර්තනය. සිංහල පාඨය බලපවත්වයි. නිල Sinhala පාඨය විවෘත කරන්න, documents.gov.lk හි නිල PDF

Section 128 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows:—

(1)

by the repeal of subsection (1) of that section and the substitution therefor of the following subsection:—

“(1) A driving licence, unless expressed to be valid for all classes of vehicles, shall be valid only for the class or classes of motor vehicles specified in Column 3 of the Schedule to section 122.”;

(2)

by the repeal of subsections (2) and (4);
