21. Fund of the Institute

(1)

The Institute shall have its own Fund. There shall be credited to the Fund of the Institute -

(a)

all sums of money as may be received by the

Institute in the exercise and discharge of its powers and functions; and

(b)

all sums of money as may be received by the

Institute by way of loans, donations, gifts or grants from any sources whether in or outside Sri Lanka in terms of paragraph (i) of section 4.

(2)

There shall be paid out of the Fund of the Institute all such sums of money required to defray expenditure incurred by the Institute in the exercise and discharge of its powers and functions under this Act.
