24. Authority to ensure that financial assistance given for carrying out development projects is utilized for same

The Authority shall take all such measures as may be necessary to ensure that any financial assistance rendered by the Authority to any person for carrying out a development project within any Special Economic Zone, is utilized for the purpose for which it is given.
