2. Establish-ment of the Authority
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
For the purposes of this Act there shall be established an Authority called the Central Environmental
Authority.
The Central Environmental Authority establishec under subsection (1)
(hereinafter referred to as “the
Authority”) shall consist of the persons who are for the time being members of the Authority under subsection (1)
of section 3.
The Authority shall, by the name assigned to it by subsection (1), be a body corporate and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue or be sued in such name.
