30. Amendment of section 24B of the principal enactment

Section 24B of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the insertion immediately after subsection (2)

of that section of the following subsection:-

“The Director-General may refer an application to a Government department or public corporation

“(3) The provisions of this section shall be applicable to prescribed activities specified in Part IVA, Part

IVAA, Part IVAB and Part IVAC.”.
