s 1Short title

This Act may be cited as the National Housing

Development Authority (Amendment) Act, No. 32 of 2003.

s 2Repeal of section 10 of Act No. 17 of 1979

Section 10 of the National Housing Development

Authority Act, No. 17 of 1979 is hereby repealed.

s 3Sinhala text to prevail in case of inconsistency

In the event of any inconsistency between the Sinhala and Tamil texts of this Act, the Sinhala text shall prevail.
