(1)
The initial capital of the Institute shall be such sums as may be allocated by the Treasury under the vote of the Minister in charge of the subject of Fisheries and such sums as may be granted by resolution of Parliament.
(2)
The capital of the Institute may be increased from time to time by such amounts as may be authorized by an
Appropriation Act or by any resolution of parliament.
