11. ef section 35 of the principal enactment
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
Section 35 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows :—
(a)
in subsection (8) of that section, by the substitution, for the words “tc name the President.”, of the words “to name the President and the other mem-bers of the court martial may be named by the authority ordering the court martial”; and
(b)
in subsection (12) of that section, by the substitution for the words “where the court martial is to be heid”, of the words
“where the court martial is to be held. uniess the other rnembers have been named by the authority ordering the court martial”.
