22. Reliet that may be clarmed by the Petitioner
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
A petitioner may claim either of the following declarations :—
(a)
that the election of the returned candidate is null and void ; or
(b)
that the election of the candidate who has been returned is void and that he himself if he was a candidate, or any other candidate has been duly elected.
