5. Amendment of section 7 of the principal enactment

Section 7 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) thereof by the substitution for the words “not below the rank of Superintendent of Police or in the absence of such an officer an Assistant

Superintendent of Police may,” of the words “not below the rank of an Assistant Superintendent of Police may,”.
